As a resume writer based in Portland, Maine, Rachel Evenson has helped hundreds of job seekers prepare for their next career step through expert consulting and tailored resumes, cover letters, and more.
While she serves clients in virtually all job sectors, working with food systems professionals is her passion. With a background in Portland’s dynamic restaurant, farming, and food justice landscape, Rachel enjoys telling the stories and showcasing the strengths of specialists in this field.
Rachel has worked with clients around the world and across food systems, including chefs,
consultants, farmers, program managers, educators, hospitality managers, sales specialists,
and nutritionists.
Recent clients have secured roles in program management, consulting, and food production
at organizations including the soil health nonprofit Land Core, the University of
Maine’s Diversified Agriculture and Agroforestry Program/Climate Adaptation and
Mitigation Fellowship, and the Preble Street Food Security Hub.
