In-depth lectures, excellent field trips, and plenty of hands-on learning will cover ecological design, natural building, organic gardening & Biodynamics, green economies, social justice, herbology, fermentation and nutrition, reading the landscape, animal husbandry, agroforestry and more. Beautiful off-grid camping in our secluded wild meadow make this course unbeatable!

Our field trips this year will include visits to no-till operations Clove Valley CSA and Four Winds Farm, Hortus Conclusus for their exceptional rare fruit and plant collection, and an Analysis and Assessment group design exercise at Phillies Bridge Farm.
